**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive large-scale transformation programs with a deep focus on supply chain management and data integration. This role demands a strategic thinker who can shape enterprise architecture, guide multiple accounts, influence executive stakeholders, and mentor global teams.

This leader will play a critical role in forging partnerships with vendors, developing best practices, and ensuring the seamless integration of o9 with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of experience in supply chain management, technology transformation, or enterprise architecture, as well as 10+ years of leadership experience in o9 solutions and SCM transformation programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead complex transformation programs across multiple accounts, ensuring business value and measurable outcomes.
  • Architect strategic solutions aligned to SCM maturity models, best practices, and enterprise objectives.
  • Oversee the design, build, and integration of o9 applications with other platforms.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in o9 Data Integration, influencing key architectural and strategic decisions.
  • Develop tools, templates, and accelerators to standardize and scale delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, delivering high-value deal solutioning and roadmaps.
  • Mentor and coach teams, building organizational capability in o9 and SCM practices.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and executive presentations.
  • Drive application performance optimization, scalability, and resilience.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
  • 15–20 years of experience in supply chain management, technology transformation, or enterprise architecture.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in o9 solutions and SCM transformation programs.
  • Proven expertise in o9 Data Integration and SCM solutioning.
  • Strong knowledge of application development frameworks, data integration tools, and optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with o9 Digital Brain, o9 Analytics, Syniti, and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead technical/strategic decision-making.
**Nice to Have**
  • Experience in o9 platform integration.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven SCM solutions and advanced analytics.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and management.
