The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, excellence, and integrity in decision-making and business judgment, with a strong knowledge of strategic planning, project management, and financial planning and analysis.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven professional to drive growth in the India market. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with Autodesk's financial objectives, conduct detailed financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks, and oversee the budgeting process.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with the India Senior Regional Director to lead a long-term growth plan in India
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with Autodesk's financial objectives
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring spending is aligned with strategic objectives and financial capabilities
The Strategic Finance Lead will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and support for strategic initiatives. They will also manage the Annual Business Planning process, allocate targets, and create quotas for the India territory sales representatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, with a significant portion focused on strategic planning and growth
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in a multinational technology company
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Deep understanding of India's financial regulations and market dynamics
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
