We are seeking a highly skilled Bitumen Business Development Manager to join our team at Jobstronaut.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Bitumen & Value added Bituminous Product Sales Account management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing entire P&L (Bitumen category) inclusive of topline and bottom line metrics
  • Managing the Bitumen Plant Sales, Operations, Imports, Business Development & Sales of Bituminous products (Bitumen VG, Emulsions, PMB, CRMB on Pan India Basis)
  • Developing & Onboarding new channel partner Bitumen Processing Facilities across India

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for steering entire business directions, ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives, and ramping up internal systems including supply chain, customer success etc.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹30-40 lakhs per annum based on industry standards and location.
