We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at DMI Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive growth in our Emerging Business vertical.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cultivating and enhancing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to deepen engagement.
- Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Manage customer relationships and build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations.
- Experience in hunting and key account management roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
- Strong business acumen and product expertise.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payments landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge.
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
