Telcovas Solutions & Services is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our sales operations in the Asia Pacific region. This senior leadership role involves managing regional sales and operations, leveraging strong business acumen, customer requirements, and service expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Leverage technical knowledge of Telcovas product portfolio to deliver meaningful results and exceed targets.
  • Manage, motivate, and provide guidance to sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies align with marketing and product development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, contributing to informed business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Post-graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a background in electronics/telecommunication/IT/computer Science.
  • Strong experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, coupled with team management skills.
  • Expertise in telecom domain is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software.
Compensation Package

We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000 USD for this position, based on industry standards and comparable roles in the APAC region. Benefits and other perks will be discussed during the interview process.
