Operations Management Role

The Operations Manager will lead a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end pricing operations management across various Amazon marketplaces. They will oversee organizational planning, prioritize work assignments, and manage production and quality Key Results Areas (KRAs). The successful candidate will be measured on operational and business goals, as well as Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics.

This role involves influencing peers and stakeholders to achieve operational and business objectives. As the first point of contact for retail teams worldwide, the Operations Manager must be confident in liaising with remote teams. They will also interface with automation and technology teams to build scalable solutions, ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of Amazon's systems and data.
