Pricing Strategy Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global pricing strategy, creating commercial constructs for RFPs, enabling competitive negotiations, and aligning financial models with business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Drive deal pricing, profit and loss, cash flow, and risk analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams and support client negotiations.
  • Collaborate with finance, tax, IT, and operations for deal governance.
  • Ensure compliance, margin management, and best practices.
  • Support global/regional pricing initiatives and standardization.

Key Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant (CA), Chartered Management Accountant (CMA), Master of Business Administration (Finance), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • Strong expertise in deal structuring, pricing, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence skills.
  • Industry knowledge in Business Process Management/services preferred.

Note: Relevant experience in a similar role and excellent analytical skills are required for success. Strong leadership and collaboration abilities will also be beneficial.
