Overview of Sales General Manager Position">

This is a full-time on-site position for a General Manager (GM) Sales located in Hyderabad. The GM Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing customer service operations.

Daily tasks involve developing and implementing sales strategies, driving the sales team to achieve targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role also includes general management responsibilities related to team management and strategic planning.

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications and Skills">
  • Experience in General Management and Team Management.
  • Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferable.

Work Environment">

Work from Head Office and visits to Project Sites in Hyderabad.
