Job Title:

 

Commercial Field Manager Position

 

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth for IXELL Paints, para-paints, and IXTAR range of products.
  • Lead the coordination with supplier teams and dealers to ensure seamless DMS order execution.
  • Contribute to the conversion of Renault Dealerships to IXELL product range.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase area sales reach and penetration of IXELL business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering and relevant experience in the automotive paint industry. Strong technical skills in body shop enhancement and painting, as well as knowledge of workshop/business and after-sales area sales, are essential for success in this role.

 

A motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and marketing is required to excel in this position.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop commercial action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Execution:
    • Coordinate with suppliers and dealers for DMS order execution.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities to increase area sales reach.
