Lead Sales Growth Strategist

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales team to achieve revenue growth targets. You will develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and maximize revenue from existing and new clients.

This role requires a strong background in sales forecasting, process creation, and using data-driven insights to improve conversion and retention. Experience with CRM platforms like LeadSquared is a must.

We are seeking a results-oriented leader who can set long-term sales strategies while delivering on immediate revenue goals. You will work closely with our operations, marketing, and customer support teams to create a seamless customer experience.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and scale the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Design and implement robust sales processes and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B customer buying behavior
  • Proven ability to hire, inspire, and scale a high-performance sales team
  • Experience with CRM platforms like LeadSquared
