Performance Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Excellence Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance tests using industry-leading tools like JMeter, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. Your goal will be to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and optimize application speed and responsiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Performance Testing Expertise
  • Design and execute performance tests to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Analyze system performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
Mobile Performance Specialist
  • Develop and execute mobile performance tests to guarantee optimal application performance.
Team Leadership
  • Lead a team of performance excellence specialists to achieve project goals and objectives.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve performance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance improvements.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, and other performance testing tools.
  • Experience working with mobile performance testing and debugging.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a diverse, multiple-stakeholder environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
