Job Title: Advanced Excel Trainer

 

The role of an IT Advanced Excel Trainer involves imparting training and monitoring the student life cycle to ensure standard outcomes. The trainer should have a strong understanding of IT concepts, basic hardware and software knowledge, and proficiency in MS Word and internet skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Imparting training on IT fundamentals
  • Teaching basic hardware and software knowledge, including computer components, operating systems, and application software
  • Providing training on MS Word, focusing on page layout, printing, headers, footers, and mail merge
  • Introducing students to basic internet skills, such as web browsing, email creation, and online shopping
  • Explaining concepts of cloud storage, remote desktop tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Ammyy
  • Delivering advanced training on MS Excel, covering cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation

 

Desirable Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree
  • At least one year of experience as a faculty or trainer
  • Relevant industry experience (1-3 years) or aspiring for a career in teaching can apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development
  • Able to mentor, coach, and counsel students
  • Liking for teaching as a career is essential
