Operational Excellence Specialist: Streamlining Manufacturing Processes

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will work closely with clients to drive process improvements and efficiency gains. Your expertise in lean methodologies and operational excellence will help us deliver transformation objectives and improve client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to execute process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
, Required Skills and Qualifications

Operational Excellence Specialist Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years leadership and management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in STEM or Operations.
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following: discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt is a plus).
  • Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, or turnaround and restructurings.
