Drive Business Transformation as an Implementation Consultant

This is a high-profile role that requires delivering projects with high quality, value, and customer satisfaction within project timelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients.

About the Role:

The Implementation Consultant will own and execute HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
  • Develop SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test end-to-end process flows, drive adoption, and validate value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct UAT and support shadow sessions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Execution: Execute projects through various phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deployment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top reputed university.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and functional consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to international clients/projects, BA, domain knowledge, and team player.
  • Experience with order-to-cash (O2C) related business process is a plus.
