Inventory Associate

As an Inventory Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing inventory accuracy and optimization for all customers in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inventory reconciliation between Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock to ensure precise stock levels.
  • Monitor inward quantity, processed order quantity, and cancelled order quantity to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Plan and execute regular inventory cycle counts on a monthly basis for each customer to verify inventory integrity.
  • Conduct comprehensive wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once per quarter to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy above 99.65% and minimize inventory loss below 0.03% through effective procedures and controls.
  • Coordinate with internal/external auditors to provide required data and support their findings.
  • Develop and implement robust procedures to prevent high-value item losses and reduce warehouse damages to inventory.
  • Verify daily packing material counts to ensure efficient stock management.
Requirements:
  • A degree in any field coupled with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or a related field with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of order processing software to streamline inventory processes.
