System Integration Specialist for Sales Operations

The role of the System Integration Specialist is to oversee the integration and optimization of sales systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms and supporting the sales team through process automation and system enhancements.

  • This specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems, enhance data flow, and improve user experience.
  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with vendors, testing, and deployment, as well as creating and maintaining system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • The System Integration Specialist will be responsible for monitoring data quality and integrity across integrated platforms, generating reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
