The primary role of the Sustainable Fabric Sales Lead is to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company's sustainability goals, driving growth in the sustainable fabric market.
This involves identifying and securing new business opportunities in the fashion, textile, and eco-conscious industries, as well as managing key accounts and strategic relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the companys sustainability goals and drives growth in the sustainable fabric market.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the fashion, textile, and eco-conscious industries.
- Drive sales of fabrics made from recycled plastics, promoting the environmental benefits of these sustainable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in sustainable textiles, recycling, or eco-friendly products.
- Strong understanding of sustainable fabric options, particularly those derived from recycled materials.
- Degree in Textile Engineering/Sustainability/Environmental Science, or a related field preferable with a Masters degree in Business Administration.
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and eco-labels, such as GRS OEKO-TEX, and Cradle to Cradle.
