About the Role:
  • To expand our distribution network in assigned territories.
  • To effectively manage and maintain existing dealer networks.
  • To cater to daily business requirements by:
  • Securing orders from dealers as per assigned targets.
  • Collecting payments and reducing outstanding amounts.
  • To ensure timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
  • To uphold transparency in account management with dealers.
  • To broaden our reach through new dealer acquisition.
  • To spearhead field development initiatives including sign board painting meetings.
  • To inform dealers about new schemes and target products.
  • To conduct regular meetings with influencers like architects, building contractors, housing societies, painters for business growth.
  • To guarantee optimal product visibility at counter displays.
  • To complete daily CRM reports.
  • To achieve targeted weighted reach numeric reach within the assigned territory.
  • To attain targeted CCD reach within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealer Management: Manage and maintain an existing dealer network.
  • Order Collection: Collect orders from dealers as per assigned targets.
  • Payment Management: Collect payments and reduce outstanding amounts.
  • Credit Note Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
  • Account Management: Uphold transparency in account management with dealers.
