Senior Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting thorough portfolio reviews, and providing expert financial planning advice.

Your primary goal will be to understand the unique goals, aims, and aspirations of each client, and ensure that their investment strategy is aligned with it. You will also be tasked with monitoring financial market trends, preparing and interpreting client information, and explaining complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and the ability to work closely with clients to create and implement effective financial plans.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree, 5-8 years of experience in the financial services domain, and a certification such as CFP. They will also be highly motivated, empathetic, and solution-oriented, with a strong value system that prioritizes client interests.
