Regional Manager for Edutech Sales - A Key Role for Business Growth
- The Regional Manager for Edutech Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing penetration in the schools within the given region.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the tour and travel industry.
- Postgraduate qualifications in marketing, travel, or sports management are highly desirable.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong public relation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual school sales targets and bring business from a minimum of 50 schools.
- Generate individual revenue of Rs. 3 crores.
- Increase penetration in qualified school lists.
Key Result Areas:
- Meet school heads and owners to promote tourism programs.
- Meet heads of school chains to empanel tourism as an adventure/travel vendor.
- Promote tourism through school conferences, associations, professional bodies, etc.
- Recruit and groom school sales teams to increase penetration in qualified school lists.
- Work as part of the operations team in camps to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Update daily sales efforts in CRM, CDIS, and other platforms.
- Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.
- Maintain and update different types of records and files.
