Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Pune

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates
  • Liaise with the service team to ensure smooth support and services for customers
  • Ensure all organizational policies are followed

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in system integration of OEM products, infrastructure services, and cyber security
  • Engineering graduate preferred with MBA
  • Excellent relationship management, prospecting, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Skilled at handling multiple tasks for IT system integration and cyber security product sales and services
  • Excellent written, presentation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Technical Competencies:

  • Data center related technologies
  • Cyber security related technologies

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling data center related products
  • Experience in selling cyber security related products
