We are seeking a skilled Junior Service Desk Technician to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch technical support to end-users via various communication channels.

  • Assess and qualify incoming requests
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with speed and accuracy
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals as needed
  • Process and resolve incidents efficiently using established procedures
  • Document all incidents/service requests using the ticketing system
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for timely resolution of incidents
  • Elevate complex issues to senior technicians or other relevant teams when necessary

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency in common office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and patient demeanor
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications are highly valued
