IT Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for an IT professional responsible for providing technical assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with desktop computers, general information technology needs, and help desk support to ensure seamless operations
• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshoot complex problems using industry knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Expertise in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with AI, software development, and cloud solutions is an asset
