We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Manager to join our Consumer Cards Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will:



  • Prospect for new customers through existing leads and cold calling
  • Execute timely sales activities, including lead generation, campaign management, and referrals
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions
  • Sell Amex cards products via defined channels of acquisition (Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Good experience of front-line sales experience in financial services domain
  • Proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills

The ideal candidate will possess:



  • An MBA or Graduate degree
  • Experience in B2C, IT sales, Ecommerce, Travel, Lifestyle, Healthcare, Real Estate can also apply

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000 based on location and experience.
