Key Account Manager - Driver Acquisition and Onboarding

This pivotal role drives the success of customer acquisition and engagement processes. The Key Account Manager - Driver Acquisition and Onboarding leads a team of specialists, guiding and motivating them to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth customer transitions.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional support to drivers during the acquisition and onboarding stages of their lifecycle
  • Guide drivers through the onboarding process and familiarize them with key tools for success
  • Promote brand values to driver customers
  • Enhance Moove's reputation among drivers
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
  • Register new drivers and review accurate information while ensuring compliance with standards
  • Clearly describe product features and benefits to drivers
  • Ensure all onboarded drivers are transferred to the fleet account
  • Resolve driver-related issues before onboarding
  • Collaborate with the City Fleet Manager in building strong relationships between drivers and the organization
  • Develop a driver funnel dashboard for new driver acquisition across various channels
  • Manage referral and incentive schemes for drivers
  • Build harmonious agency relationships to meet company KPIs
  • Select high-quality partners for technical testing and training as required and for driver acquisition
  • Optimize the driver funnel, minimizing churn and maximizing conversion

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as sales, marketing, operations, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or mobility/tech industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organization and externally
  • Customer service-oriented approach
  • Basic administration skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Significant daily sign-up of drivers with security deposit
  • 75% conversion rate from lead generation to successful onboarding with security deposit
  • First trip to first month trip target mapped to performance matrix
  • Executive to Driver Partner knowledge transfer about Moove products evaluated
  • Exploration of new channels for driver sourcing
  • Establishment of a robust driver funnel to refill leakage/churn
  • Driver Incentive structure based on tier system
  • Team player promoting Moove's success
