Job Description

Mentorprime is a customer and employee-focused online educational platform offering Indian language and subject mentoring classes to students worldwide. Our platform provides students with access to experienced and certified mentors who are experts in their respective subjects and Indian languages.

Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality online mentoring services to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and students of Indian origin, helping them stay connected with their roots and culture while achieving academic success.

We offer a range of mentoring services, including Indian language classes, subject mentoring, test preparation, and homework help. Our target market primarily consists of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and parents of Indian origin residing in various countries abroad, who seek high-quality online tutoring services to enhance their language skills and academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sales calls to the US and other countries to convince prospects.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, email, etc.) and promotional events.
  • Maintain relationships with various Kerala-based associations, churches, etc. in the US and ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns and leads.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and Operations Team and participate in regular meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office, and Marketing Software (e.g., CRM) preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication (English) and people skills.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Any degree, MBA with Marketing specialization preferred.
