Compensation and Benefits Manager Role

This position involves overseeing end-to-end monthly employee incentive processing to ensure precision, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage payroll data for audits, respond to queries, and identify leakage in incentive payouts through analysis and process improvements.
  2. Collaborate with business teams to gather performance data, validate payroll inputs, and implement checks and controls to ensure the integrity of incentive payouts.
  3. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to payroll and incentives.
  4. Support HR team on incentive-related queries and contribute to payroll and compensation operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
