
Compensation and Benefits Management Position

This position involves overseeing end-to-end monthly employee incentive processing to ensure precision, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll data for audits, respond to queries, and identify leakage in incentive payouts through analysis and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather performance data, validate payroll inputs, and implement checks and controls to ensure the integrity of incentive payouts.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to payroll and incentives.
- Support HR team on incentive-related queries and contribute to payroll and compensation operations.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
