We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire scope of HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & induction, HR documentation & compliance, background verification, employee engagement, and reward & recognition programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a process-oriented mindset, excellent coordination skills, and extensive hands-on experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
This is a critical role that requires a professional with a high degree of autonomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven HR initiatives that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases;
- Providing guidance and coaching to employees on HR-related matters;
- Collaborating with senior management to identify and address HR-related issues;
