 Lead and inspire a team of 7–10 HR professionals  Oversee HR for 1000-1200 employees across India  Build strategies across the full Hire to Retire lifecycle—Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Retention, Performance, and Succession  Collaborate with global business leaders across multiple business units  Shape the HR narrative for technology, R&D, and product engineering teams

Who are we looking for?

 15-18 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role  Preferably from Technology, Software Development, GIC/GCCs, or R&D center environments  Experience managing HR for large-scale tech/engineering teams  Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and global stakeholder management  Adept in HRMS platforms like SAP HR, and data-driven decision making  Passionate about people, performance, and purpose

Work Mode : Work from office only

Reporting to : Managing Director & Global head of HR

Preferred : Immediate to 30 days NP

Industry : Technology, Software Development, GIC/GCCs, or R&D center environments only
