Director of Early Life Intervention

Job Description:

The Director of Early Life Intervention will lead and manage the employee lifecycle for 0-90 days, ensuring a seamless onboarding and induction experience. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business outcomes and reduce early attrition in a high-paced environment.

  • Lead and manage the employee lifecycle for 0-90 days
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Own and execute Learning & Development interventions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders
  • Conduct exit interviews and implement corrective action plans
  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles
  • Experience managing Learning & Development, early employee lifecycle, and team operations
  • Strong exposure to Induction & Onboarding Programs, Learning & Development (L&D), Retention Management, Attrition Analysis & Management, Data Interpretation & Reporting, Numerical and Analytical Aptitude, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
