Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned analytics leader to spearhead our HR reporting initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • 10+ years in analytics, reporting, or HRIS with leadership experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday reporting and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
