
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive our key client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing executive relationships, managing communication between clients and internal stakeholders, and staying on top of clients' needs and vision.
A key responsibility will be to handle 5-10 client accounts, develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders, and accelerate partnership revenue growth and capturing new opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop executive relationships with clients' leadership.
- Manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders.
- Accelerate partnership revenue growth and capturing new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or customer success roles for a software company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts, preferably in a high growth startup.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into a strategy.
- Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
- Proficiency in client interactions with the closure of sales deals.
- Must be self-motivated and have a sales-oriented mindset.
