We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Architecture & Development

  • Design and implement robust data architectures to support business intelligence needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to optimize data retrieval and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Build and deploy interactive dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Develop customized reports and visualizations to meet stakeholder needs.

Product & Behavioral Analytics

  • Manage and configure product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Set up and track user behavior and product feature adoption.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with expertise in query optimization and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience working with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex insights effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience working with SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
