
Business Development Specialist

Job Description
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the target business, including its market position, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
- Lead client services as Engagement Manager, overseeing team execution, reviewing reports, and providing strategic inputs.
- Analyze financial information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data to evaluate the target business.
- Produce high-quality deliverables, such as Excel and PowerPoint documents, within agreed timelines, briefing senior staff accordingly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate projections, assumptions, operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows considerations.
- Assess deal-related issues, their impact on valuation, and advise on ways to address them.
- Benchmark with industry peers and market standards to provide insights and recommendations.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and activities.
- Proactively resolve risk issues in delivering services to clients, working closely with senior staff.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing efforts, review processes, and continually improve team performance.
- Lead business development, proposals, and cost estimates initiatives.
