  • The successful candidate will be responsible for calling and onboarding schools onto our platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes.
  • This role requires verifying class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp.
  • The ideal candidate will also reach out to parents who submitted an inquiry, asking how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further.
  • Maintaining basic reports of your outreach and feedback is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor when interacting with customers via phone and WhatsApp.
  • The ability to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records is essential.
  • Working independently and taking ownership of tasks is crucial for success in this role.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools is a must.
