Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers)
      • Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data
        • Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors
          • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools
