
Business Development Specialist

- Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
- Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
- 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
- Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
- Deliver 2-3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
- Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, organized, and able to work independently. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
