Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to handle client accounts that make up the highest percentage of our company's income. This individual will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve customer complaints effectively, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.">
  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.">
  • Anticipating client needs and working with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.">
  • Bringing in new business from existing clients or contacts and developing new relationships with potential clients.">
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit through up-selling or cross-selling.">
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to network and build relationships, and experience in handling key accounts. You must be goal-oriented, organized, and a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
