Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Developing and maintaining strategic long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients.
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving client issues and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and social media. Proven work experience as a Client Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
