**Job Title:** Senior Relationship Manager- Wealth Management Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with family offices and high net worth individuals (HNIs).

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with family offices and HNIs.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory on mutual funds (MFs), alternative investment funds (AIFs), portfolio management services (PMS), real estate investment trusts (REITs), and infrastructure investment trusts (INVITs) within a ₹5 Cr - ₹50 Cr ticket size range.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Expand the wealth management business with a long-term vision.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand positioning.

**Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management: Managing HNIs and family offices is required.
  • Strong relationships with family offices & UHNIs: You should have a strong network of family offices and UHNIs.
  • Expertise in wealth products & structured investments: You should have expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes. AUM upto ₹50crs and a set of clients is expected.
  • Proven ability to raise capital & manage large portfolios: You should have proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & interest in running a venture: You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in running a venture with equity participation.
  • Experience in building & leading teams: Experience in building and leading teams is required.
  • Williness to travel for investor meetings & networking: Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking is expected.
