Job Title:

A Solutions Oriented Business Developer

This role is focused on shaping the growth strategy of a Resource Management division. As a business developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market share and establishing a premier staffing partner.

You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with C-suite executives, identifying workforce challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that drive client success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish a premier staffing partner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning solutions with client business goals.
  • Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
  • Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
  • Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless integration and representation of diverse service offerings.
  • Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring transparency and scalability.
  • Achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10–20 years of experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the GCC market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
  • Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.
  • A Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
