Salesforce Business Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce business strategist to collaborate with our dynamic team and drive business growth through process improvement and system implementation. This role requires analyzing complex business needs, developing strategic solutions, and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business objectives and drivers to identify requirements across business units.
  • Analyze and document system processes, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
  • Communicate system requirements and maintain system processes, including regular status reports to all appropriate parties.
  • Participate in project delivery and process optimization using various project methodologies.
  • Identify change management processes and techniques to handle change within a business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Salesforce Business Strategist, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Change management experience is preferred.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
