Salesforce Enterprise Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to oversee the administration and optimization of our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and Optimize Salesforce: Manage and maintain the sales cloud, service cloud, and lightning configurations.
  • Configure Flows and Validation Rules: Develop and implement flow automation and validation rules to streamline business processes.
  • Data Stewardship: Import, export, deduplicate, and manage data using data loader and backups.
  • Sandbox Strategy and Release Management: Design and implement a sandbox strategy and manage releases using change sets and devops center.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Partner with business teams on requirements, UAT, and deployments.
  • Maintain Integrations: Ensure seamless integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience as Salesforce Administrator: 5-8+ years in enterprise environments.
  • Lightning Configuration Expertise: Proficiency in no-code/low-code automation using flow.
  • Strong Data Model Design: Ability to design and govern object/field governance and security models.
  • Reporting and Analytics Skills: Proficiency in reporting/analytics and user training/support experience.
  • SOQL and DevOps Knowledge: Working knowledge of SOQL and devops practices for Salesforce.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or iPaaS and basic apex understanding for coordination.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Required, Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred.
