Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Developing and implementing comprehensive business plans, identifying key opportunities, and executing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring efficient business operations, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of work experience in business development, strategy, or a related field, preferably with retail distribution/sales or BFSI experience.
  • Prior experience in project management, data analysis, and process improvement is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and building new business skills quickly is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is expected.
