Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and strategic analysis to drive business performance.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and operational strategy. You will analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with actionable insights.

You will also develop and maintain dashboards and management reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor spends to ensure alignment with financial targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
