  • Handling Inbound Bookings & Documentation: Managing the intricacies of travel documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Correspondence & Coordination: Effective communication with transporters, handling agents, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Destination Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of domestic and international destinations to provide informed advice and recommendations.
  • Customer Queries & Follow-ups: Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated & Resourceful: Thriving in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances, and delivering results-driven outcomes.
