Corporate Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives and teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate (Group Housing) or Legal Firms, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- • Provide administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring seamless office operations.
• Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
• Maintain accurate records and documents in compliance with legal requirements.
• Communicate effectively on behalf of executives and handle various tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a similar field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Real Estate (Group Housing) or Legal Firm environments is preferred.
