Role Summary:

Job title: Search Engine Optimization Executive

Location: Pune

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Description:

  • Understand client SEO objectives and implement them accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Ensure ranking and traffic objectives are met successfully.

Skills required:

  • Strong expertise in on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of social media optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of link building, PR optimization, directory submissions, and article submissions.
  • Complete understanding of search engine trends and algorithms.
  • Google/Yahoo sitemap setup.
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, and related tools.
  • Web statistics like Google Analytics, Web Trends, Omniture.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Process-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of SEO experience and a passion for career development in SEO.
  • Worked on websites across multiple domains (experience with large corporations and international customers is a plus).
