We are seeking a skilled Visualizer to transform ideas into captivating visuals. This individual will work closely with our creative and copy teams to craft campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while adhering to design principles.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to design integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Explore new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain creative freshness.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Able to take constructive feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
