Senior MEPF Design Project Lead

As a Senior MEPF Design Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing MEPF design projects from conceptualization to final implementation.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and sustainable MEPF solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants while meeting project goals in compliance with national and international codes and standards.

Purpose

  • Develop and execute comprehensive MEPF designs that cater to the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of detailed design brief reports, standard details, and new product introductions.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely completion without compromising on quality.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage MEPF design teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  2. Develop and implement effective design strategies to meet project requirements.
  3. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure MEPF systems meet organizational and regulatory standards.
  5. Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure safety through MEPF design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 6+ years of experience in Plumbing, Firefighting, Stormwater, and Sewage network design in large projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable IS Codes, National Building Code, NFPA, etc.
  • Experience in Revit is mandatory.
